From creating a punch list to walking the entire project, we fine-tune every detail so your site is in tip-top shape. You receive a closeout book with as-builts, warranties, and operating manuals.

Every design-build project performed by Jonathan David is assigned a highly experienced project team and organized carefully with the owner, design team and expert subcontractors.

Jonathan Flanagan

Jonathan David Flanagan is the owner and managing member of Jonathan David Construction. Still, to this day, Jonathan is highly involved in his projects daily to ensure that you, our clients, are getting the attention to detail and quality you deserve. Jonathan’s passion for construction runs through his veins and truly loves the satisfaction he brings to his clients each and every job.

Jonathan David Construction was developed in 2011 after Jonathan decided it was time to take his knowledge and experience to the next level. Between 2003 and 2011, Jonathan worked for multiple General Contractors in the Baton Rouge area where he learned the “Ins and Outs” of the construction industry including scheduling, estimating, pre-construction, project management, field supervision, quality control and the “typical” day-to-day operations in the construction industry. These are extremely valuable tools needed to keep construction projects on schedule and completed in a timely manner. When you combine the construction knowledge his team provides, along with cutting edge technology, the highest quality materials and the best subcontractors in the industry, it yields only the best possible outcome for our clients.
